Delivery Information

Delivery on our Vehicle

We are now going to trial a delivery service using our own vehicle on a Wednesday, to start with we will NOT be using a temperature controlled van so will be staying fairly local to ensure the products stay frozen, as soon as the routes grow enough to ensure we can continue to offer the service we will purchase a freezer van again. There will 2 routes at first alternating weekly (so each route is fortnightly) If you will not be in to receive your delivery you must leave in notes a place it can be left, You also agree in doing so that we are not responsible for the goods when left as they will packed in standard cardboard boxes.

Cut off for delivery is Monday 1pm.

The areas covered will be:

Route 1) Wareham, Wool, Bere Regis, Weymouth, Dorchester and Blandford.

Delivery dates. June 19th, July 3rd, July 17th, 

Route 2) Bournemouth, Christchurch, Ferndown, Ringwood, Wimbourne.

Delivery dates. June 26th, July 10th, July 24th.

Your delivery will automatically be assigned to the next delivery to your area, please get in touch if you need to check you area will be covered within these routes, additional dates will be added as we go. 


Next Day service Via Parcel Force (minimum order of 10 kg)

UK mainland :  £9.99 per 30 kg and then £6.76 per additional 30 kg,

Isle Of Wight (IOW) : 14.99 for first 30 kg and then £6.76 per additional 30 kg,

Highlands & Islands of Scotland : £19.58 per 25 kg,

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly : £25.36 per 25 kg


48 hr service via Parcel Force.

Channel Islands £15.08 per 25 kg

Ireland : £22.15 per 25 kg

(These 48 hr orders are only dispatched on Monday and Tuesday)



Orders are sent in twin walled boxes and wrapped in either a silver reflective bubble foil with gel pack,  Poly box or a heavy duty style bubble wrap depending on the type of products. - if in the rare event delivery is late and food partially defrosts its quite safe to refreeze on its arrival,

We dispatch orders on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.


On occasions couriers may deliver your parcel at 48 hours, not 24 hours. These circumstances are out of our control therefore we do NOT guarantee a next day delivery service. Please do not order for next day delivery if you are not able to accommodate a delay to 48 hrs.  Our boxes should keep everything frozen for 48 hours. We will not replace or refund orders that have been rejected by the customer when delivered at 48 hours. 
Our couriers will leave safe, it is your responsibility to inform us if you do not have a safe place to leave your order. If you do not have a safe place you MUST be in to sign for your order. If you order is taken back to the local depot it is your responsibility to collect or arrange another delivery.  We will not accept liability for missing orders that have shown to be left by the GPS tracking from our couriers.
